Shine Lu was born in Paungde in 1959 and studied for a number of years
at the Yangon (Rangoon) School of Fine Arts. He has participated in
numerous exhibitions since 1993 and was an award winner in the 2001/2002
Philip Morris Myanmar Art Awards. His work is also part of the
collection at the National Museum in Rangoon.
